Identification services guarantee at maximum the genus identification for the purpose of proper care information. Specific species, hybrid, and cultivar information as well as common/trade name findings are not guaranteed, although every attempt will be made to determine the closest information of such for labeling purposes. Refunds on this service will ONLY be offered should the plant in question not be identified (ie; No taxonomic information is decided, discovered or determined), due to reasons that include un-described specimins or having poor representation within the scientific community.

-Diagnosis Services:
Beyond identification, our diagnosis services address a spectrum of plant-related concerns, including pests, diseases, and environmental stressors. Our experienced team analyzes symptoms, considers environmental conditions, and provides tailored recommendations to mitigate issues. By combining scientific knowledge with practical insights, we aim to support your efforts in maintaining healthy and thriving plants. This service cannot and will not act as a guarantee that affected plants in question will be cured, remedied, rectified, protected or repaired. All efforts will be made to find a solution to the ailment presented but due to the biological nature of plants, no suggested actions on behalf of purchased service can be 100% without error. Refunds for this service are not applicable, regardless of the outcome. If original issue is resolved and proceeds to return, an additional diagnostic service must be purchased. Purchaser is responsible for all treatments recommended and assumes all responsibility for any outcome that presented plant happens to endure.

Once service is selected and payment is processed, you will receive a message that will contain questionnaire and instructions. If you do not receive a message containing this within 48 hours, please message us and we will get back to you immediately. Final report will be sent as a PDF file upon completion.
