This stunning species is a staple amongst plant collectors, easily understood by its round, wrinkled green leaves and shimmering silver variegation not dissimilar to that of a Watermelon Peperomia's. Like most cultivars from the caperata group, it quickly grows to form a compact, mounded appearance which looks stunning sat inside a properly sized, round container. The shades of green develop based on the intensity of the light used. Lower intensity light produces a dark, almost blue green leaf color. Where as brighter light brings out dark to light lime green coloration.
